Three steps

From ZIP to your first chat.

No PowerShell or checksum steps in the beginner path. If you can unzip a file and install an app, you can start.

    Download and unpack the ZIP.

    Choose Windows or Mac above. Unzip the folder somewhere easy to find.

  2. 02

    Install OpenCode and connect your AI account.

    Install OpenCode from the ZIP. Then connect DeepSeek or eligible ChatGPT access: the AI service that powers your agents. Sign-in, any payment, and security checks happen on the service’s official screen.

  3. 03

    Open Your AI Team and start the guide.

    Open the “Your AI Team” folder in OpenCode and send this message:

    Please read START-HERE.md and guide me one step at a time.

Before you start

Plain terms.

This is a beta starter kit, not a subscription. You bring your own AI provider account.

Your accounts, your bill.

You use your own AI provider account. The kit does not include a subscription, credits, or API usage. Any charges come from the provider you choose, under their terms and prices.

Your card stays with the provider.

Enter payment details only on the provider’s official website or app screen. Never put a credit card, password, API key, or one-time code into an agent chat. The agents are told not to ask for them.

Your data, your call.

The kit includes fictional practice files and does not collect sign-up details on this page. You choose what you share with your provider. Their privacy terms apply to what you send. This page adds no sign-up form and no new analytics.

Mac disclosure.

Windows packaging is assembled and checked. The Mac ZIPs are provided for Apple Silicon and Intel, but this release was built on Windows and has not been installed on a physical Mac. Normal macOS security prompts still apply. Do not bypass them. Mac support will not be called tested until it is.

Beta, plainly.

Version 0.2.0 is a new beta. Setup time depends on your download speed, computer, and provider. There is no ten-minute guarantee. No tools are installed or connected by this page.

The buttons use normal HTML download links. The three files are served by the Done by Command release pipeline at these exact paths:

Readiness: Choose the download for your computer. You receive one ZIP containing the official installer, a short README and the Your AI Team folder. Unzip it, install the app if needed, and let the setup chat guide you.

No PowerShell or checksum step is required for a beginner download.
