What the waitlist collects
When you join, we collect your name, email address, the date and time of your consent, the consent text version, and the source of the sign-up. When the waitlist form is open, it is hosted on Cloudflare and records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The form does not ask for client records, passwords, or financial details. Apart from the optional YouTube player described below, this site does not load analytics or advertising pixels.
Founder video
The homepage includes an optional founder video. The YouTube player is not loaded and no YouTube or Google request is made until you choose to press play. If you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy terms and cookies apply. The poster image, direct watch link, and text transcript are available without loading the player. The film includes a screen recording of a live worker roster; that is part of the approved footage, not a claim about your own account.
Why we collect it
We use these details to send program updates and the first invitation to enroll. Joining does not enroll you in a course or authorize a payment. We do not send automatic marketing email.
Consent and withdrawal
Consent text version 2026-10-20.4: "I agree to receive Done by Command program updates from Chivers Ventures. I can withdraw my consent by emailing corbin@chiversventures.com." You may withdraw at any time. Write from the address you used to join so staff can verify the request. After a verified staff withdrawal, the active name and email are removed and a keyed suppression code is retained to prevent further program mail. The suppression code is treated as protected personal information.
Retention and access
Active waitlist records are retained for approximately 12 months. You may withdraw at any time. The program team reviews records and removes active entries older than 12 months. This is a manual staff process. Only authorized staff handling this program should have access.
