Who we are

Done by Command is a Chivers Ventures Inc. program. Business address: 20353 64 Ave #103, Langley, BC V2Y 1N5, Canada. Privacy contact: corbin@chiversventures.com. This address is monitored and receives existing inbox mail. No automatic reply is planned.

What the waitlist collects

When you join, we collect your name, email address, the date and time of your consent, the consent text version, and the source of the sign-up. When the waitlist form is open, it is hosted on Cloudflare and records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The form does not ask for client records, passwords, or financial details. This site does not load analytics or advertising pixels.

Why we collect it

We use these details to send program updates and the first invitation to enroll. Joining does not enroll you in a course or authorize a payment. We do not send automatic marketing email.

Consent and withdrawal

Consent text version 2026-10-20.4: "I agree to receive Done by Command program updates from Chivers Ventures. I can withdraw my consent by emailing corbin@chiversventures.com." You may withdraw at any time. Write from the address you used to join so staff can verify the request. After a verified staff withdrawal, the active name and email are removed and a keyed suppression code is retained to prevent further program mail. The suppression code is treated as protected personal information.

Retention and access

Active waitlist records are retained for approximately 12 months. You may withdraw at any time. The program team reviews records and removes active entries older than 12 months. This is a manual staff process. Only authorized staff handling this program should have access.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or remove your waitlist details, email corbin@chiversventures.com. Only verified requests should change a record. This notice describes the current waitlist operations and is not a claim of legal certification.
